Eastern Pretech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Hollow Core Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance and service of hollow core production machinery. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure equipment reliability, and minimize downtime in our precast manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in precast/manufacturing.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
Experience with hollow core extrusion machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance activities for hollow core production machines and equipment.
Plan manpower and maintenance schedules to meet production targets.
Carry out preventive maintenance and supervise breakdown repairs.
Maintain hollow core extrusion machines, saws, casting beds and related equipment.
Prepare maintenance reports and machine performance updates.
Coach and develop maintenance technicians.
