Job summary

Eastern Pretech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled individual to manage concrete batching and operations in Johor. You will ensure timely, quality concrete supply while supervising a team and coordinating maintenance.

The role requires a Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering and at least four years of experience in concrete batching. Knowledge of concrete technologies and safety regulations is a plus. Join us as we lead the industry with innovative precast solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years’ related experience in concrete batching.
• Knowledge in safety regulations is an added advantage.
• Candidates with site experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle concrete batching and plant’s operations.
• Ensure smooth and timely concrete supply with good quality control.
• Involved in raw material handling and stock count.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment maintenance.
• Supervise workers in cleaning and maintenance.
• Daily reporting on batching plant matters.
