Job summary

Eastern Pretech Group is seeking a Production Planner to work with operators and batching-plant teams to plan daily production and ensure smooth operations. The role emphasizes reducing waste, maintaining product quality, and safeguarding equipment condition.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in site construction or precast manufacturing, a Civil Engineering diploma, and strong reporting skills. Willingness to work shifts is essential, with own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in site construction or precast manufacturing.
• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Construction.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, and other tools for reporting).
• Able to read construction and precast drawings.
• Understands the precast process: rebar, mould setup, concrete casting, finishing, stockyard arrangement, and delivery coordination.
• Good communicator who can give quick feedback and coordinate well with production, QAQC, maintenance, stockyard, and logistics teams.
• Punctual, disciplined, and committed to hitting production targets, quality standards, and ongoing improvement.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and extended hours as needed.
• Has own transport

• Keep the production area clean and tidy at all times
• Follow all company safety rules and regulations
• Support the company's Quality, Safety and Environment programs to help build a safe workplace with zero accidents
