Hytech seeks a Data Analyst to strengthen the Group Internal Audit function. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, design data-driven audit procedures, and present findings to senior leadership.

You will work at the intersection of data science and internal audit, building analytics frameworks and dashboards, while mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements across the group.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field or accounting/finance with strong analytics.
• Certifications in CIA/CPA/ACCA or data analytics beneficial.
• 2–5 years in data analysis, internal audit, or financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support audits.
• Design statistical audit procedures including sampling and anomaly detection.
• Develop data-driven audit programs and dashboards for senior management.
• Perform forensic-style analyses to investigate control failures and potential fraud.
• Mentor junior staff in analytics techniques and best practices.
