Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) required.
• Minimum 3 years in engineering or field services.
• Experience with Synchronous Generators.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for new unit installation/startup and outage work.
• Lead root cause investigations with fleet impact from initial investigation through corrective action.
• Ensure all component designs meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, services, quality, and design engineering.
• Travel to customer locations for technical reviews and outages.
• Author knowledge articles and safety communications.
• Participate in global product service meetings to grow expertise.
