SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Lead Generation Executive to identify and engage potential clients in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China from Sabah/Sarawak. You will generate and qualify leads, research target companies, and arrange meetings for the sales team.

The role requires fluency in Mandarin, good English, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. You will maintain CRM records, meet targets, and report progress regularly.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to engage clients in target markets.
• Experience in lead generation, telesales, telemarketing or inside sales is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.

About the Role

At SummitNext, we're expanding into the Hong Kong, Taiwan and China markets, and we're looking for a Mandarin-speaking Lead Generation Executive to join our team. You'll identify and engage potential clients in these regions. Because you'll be speaking directly with Chinese-speaking prospects, fluency in Mandarin is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails and online channels, focusing on Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.
• Research target companies and decision-makers to build a strong lead pipeline.
• Introduce our services to prospects and arrange meetings for our sales team.
• Keep accurate records of leads, calls and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Report on pipeline progress and market feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written). This is required to engage clients in the Hong Kong, Taiwan and China markets.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in lead generation, telesales, telemarketing or inside sales is an advantage.
• Confident on the phone, persuasive and target-driven.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Must be based in Sabah or Sarawak, with a stable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
