Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in embedded systems, FPGA, RTL design, design verification, or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital design, computer architecture, embedded systems, FPGA architecture, and hardware/software interaction.
• Experience creating or maintaining verification environments using SystemVerilog, UVM or equivalent methodologies.
• Experience with functional coverage, assertions, regression management, waveform analysis, and systematic failure triage.
• Proficiency in Python and/or other scripting languages; working knowledge of C or C++ for embedded or verification use cases.
• Experience with FPGA implementation and analysis flows, including Quartus or equivalent toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into architecture proposals, specifications, interfaces and acceptance criteria.
• Design, implement, integrate, and debug synthesizable RTL using Verilog/SystemVerilog for FPGA IP and embedded systems.
• Develop and maintain register descriptions, constraints, integration guidance, simulation models, and technical documentation.
• Integrate IP and subsystems using Quartus, Platform Designer, Visual Designer Studio, or equivalent FPGA design tools.
• Lead verification strategy and plan for IPs or features; develop test benches and coverage.
• Execute simulations, regressions, timing analysis and quality checks; identify coverage gaps and drive closure.
• Lead defect triage and communicate verification status and risks; drive issues to closure.
