Job summary

deye inverter technology in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Maintenance Lead to supervise a repairs and preventive maintenance team. You will manage PM plans, TPM, safety inspections, and compliance documentation while coordinating with inspectors and authorities.

The role requires hands-on experience with high/low voltage systems and production workshop equipment maintenance. You will ensure adherence to OSH Act 1994 and Factory & Machinery Act 1967, train staff on safety, and drive reliability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in equipment department management.
Experience with high- and low-voltage power distribution and local certification.
Extensive experience in production workshop equipment wiring and maintenance.
Experience managing central air compressor stations and related equipment.
Knowledge of Malaysian laws and regulations for special equipment in factories.
Familiar with operating fire-fighting facilities and safety controls.

Responsibilities

Lead, schedule and supervise maintenance team for daily repair and troubleshooting.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, TPM, and records.
Lead safety checks, risk assessment, and accident investigations for special equipment.
Manage statutory documents and audit-ready compliance records.
Coordinate with external inspectors, vendors and government authorities.
Train team on safety operation and compliance requirements.
Monitor equipment condition, diagnose malfunctions and improve reliability.
Ensure compliance with OSH Act 1994 and Factory & Machinery Act 1967.
