Job summary

Dialog Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to produce electrical drawings during proposal and project delivery. You will design Electrical Equipment room layouts, cable routing, 3D modelling, earthing and lightning design, and prepare MTO for cables, ladders, lighting fixtures, and bulk materials.

The role requires strong technical knowledge and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant working experience as electrical designer.
• Familiar with AutoCAD for 2D & 3D drawings.
• Hardworking and good working attitude.
• Able to work under high demanding / work pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• To produce electrical drawings, work efficiently and in a timely manner during proposal and project delivery stage.
• Able to design Electrical Equipment room layout, Electrical cable routing, 3D modelling, Electrical earthing and lightning design.
• Produce MTO for cable, cable ladder, lighting fixtures and other electrical bulk materials.
• Work together with engineers and / or other disciplines (civil, piping, mechanical) to produce technically accurate drawings.
• To assist in technical queries from construction site, including involving in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, related to design.
• Strong technical knowledge related to electrical design.
