Job summary

Grab is seeking a Lead Data Scientist for the People Science team to shift the organization from descriptive reporting to predictive insights and proactive recommendations. You will own end-to-end delivery of people analytics, build predictive models, and ship self-service tools that enable managers to analyze data independently.

You will collaborate with the PDW team to improve data quality and access at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant
• Able to work autonomously on end-to-end analytical problems
• Strong storytelling and ability to create intuitive data visuals for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Deliver predictive and forward-looking insights across the People function
• Build self-service analytics tools and dashboards for managers and leaders
• Partner with the People Data Warehouse (PDW) to improve data quality and access at scale
• Design and implement new data sources and data collection mechanisms
