Job summary

Grab is seeking aSenior Data Scientist for its People Science team to shift the People function from descriptive analytics to predictive insights. You will own end-to-end analytics, build predictive models, and create self-service tools for managers to analyze data independently.

You will collaborate with the PDW team to improve data quality, define metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations that support Grab's People North Star and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency in SQL and at least one of Python, R, or SAS.
• Experience building and shipping BI dashboards or self-service analytics tools.
• Ability to define what to measure, not just how to measure it, from ambiguous questions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver predictive and forward-looking insight across People data.
• Build and maintain predictive models and self-service tools for non-technical users.
• Partner with the PDW team to improve data quality and access at scale.
• Transform datasets into decision-ready narratives for leaders.
