Job summary

Grab is seeking a Lead Data Scientist for the People Science team within the Office of Organisational Capabilities. You will own end-to-end people analytics, building predictive models and self-service tools for managers to analyze data independently.

You will partner with the PDW team to improve data quality and access at scale, transforming data into decision-ready narratives for senior leaders, and guiding data collection to close gaps while balancing privacy considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years as Data Analyst/Data Scientist/Analytics Consultant moving from questions to recommendations.
• Experience building predictive models and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics for People data, from problem framing to stakeholder delivery.
• Build predictive models and insight frameworks to inform People Operations.
• Design self-service tools and dashboards for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with PDW to ensure data quality and scalable access.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.
