Job summary

Grab is seeking a seasoned Manager, Growth Data Science - Digital Marketing to lead measurement, analytics, and AI-enabled optimization for paid marketing. You will partner with marketing, analytics, and data engineering to design robust attribution, MMM, and causal inference initiatives; drive end-to-end measurement and reporting, and mentor analysts.

You will report to the Senior Manager and operate on-site, collaborating across regions to empower data-driven growth and efficiency in marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data science and analytics experience with paid marketing measurement
• Expertise in multi-touch attribution and algorithmic/ rule-based models
• Experience with incrementality testing, A/B and holdout analyses for paid campaigns
• Strong background in Media Mix Modeling (MMM) or marketing mix optimization
• Experience conducting geo-lift studies and causal inference analyses
• Proficiency in Python, SQL; knowledge of Pandas, Scikit-learn, Spark
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS S3, Redshift) and ad-platform APIs
• Familiarity with causal inference libraries (DoWhy, EconML) and generative AI tools

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Marketing Measurement & Analytics efforts across channels such as search, social, display, and video.
• Design and implement advanced attribution methodologies (multi-touch, algorithmic, rule-based).
• Develop incrementality studies, including A/B tests and holdout analyses.
• Build and maintain Media Mix Modeling frameworks to forecast ROI and guide budget allocation.
• Conduct geo-lift studies to assess regional campaign impact and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on measurement approaches and deliverables in marketing ops.
• Lead AI-driven analytics and automation to accelerate insights and reporting.
