Job summary

AIM COFFEE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Research and Development Executive to lead formulation and enhancement of coffee products, including roasted beans, ground coffee, and ready-to-drink beverages. The role centers on creating exceptional coffee experiences through scientific development and compliance with food regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing coffee-based products with emphasis on flavor, aroma, texture, and shelf life.
• Sensory evaluation and cupping experience for quality assurance.
• Document R&D activities and ensure SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop new formulations and improve existing coffee products (beans, ground, RTD) focusing on flavor, aroma, texture and shelf life.
• Conduct cupping sessions, sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain accurate R&D documentation including recipes, procedures and testing data.
• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and labeling regulations.
• Stay informed on global coffee trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
