Job summary

INJOY MARKETING (M) SDN BHD is seeking a QA/R&D professional to develop, improve and test coffee, premix and food products. You will conduct trials, formulate, and perform sensory evaluation while monitoring materials and processes for quality compliance.

The role requires HACCP/GMP knowledge, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work hands-on with production teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or related field.
• Experience in food manufacturing, R&D or QA/QC preferred.
• Experience with coffee, premix or beverage products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety systems.
• Strong MS Office/Excel and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Hands-on and willing to work closely with production operations.
• Able to identify problems, perform root-cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Good communication, teamwork and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve and test coffee, premix and food products.
• Conduct product trials, formulation and sensory evaluation.
• Monitor raw materials, production processes and finished product quality.
• Ensure compliance with QA, GMP, HACCP and food safety requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints and non-conformities.
• Prepare product specifications, R&D reports and QA documentation.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments.
• Support new product development, cost reduction and continuous improvement.
