Job summary

Barista position at Zuspresso Signature Coffee in Setia Alam requires you to maintain outlet cleanliness and safety while delivering excellent customer service. You will manage stock, supervise staff, and prepare schedules to support daily operations.

Continuous liaison with the Outlet Manager and routine reporting help drive outlet performance. We seek energetic, proactive individuals with at least 2 years in F&B, a secondary school/SPM certificate, and good English/Malay communication.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the F&B field.
• At least a Secondary School or SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, proactive and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
• A practical and committed approach to supporting outlet operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outlet cleanliness, safety and health standards in line with QAQC requirements.
• Manage stock ordering and inventory levels to support daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive outlet experience.
• Supervise subordinates and support effective team performance.
• Prepare staff schedules according to operational requirements.
• Liaise with the Outlet Manager on daily operations and outlet matters.
• Monitor outlet performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Produce accurate operational and performance-related reports.
• Adhere to company and outlet standard operating procedures.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by management or the Outlet Manager.
