Job summary

The Cowboy Burgers in Ipoh, Malaysia seeks a dedicated café team member to lead daily operations, welcome customers, take orders, and process payments while delivering excellent service.

You will prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food following company standards, assist in menu development, and help promote daily promotions on social media.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, take orders, process payments, serve food and beverages, and ensure excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food according to company standards
• Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including equipment setup, cleaning, and daily preparation
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee station, dining area, service counter, and work areas
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and notify the manager for restocking
• Capture photos and videos of food, beverages, promotions, and daily café activities for social media
• Create simple, engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and assist in promoting new products and campaigns
• Assist in developing new menu items or improving existing recipes
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth operations
