Job summary

RABBITB SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking a cafe team member to prepare and serve coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, iced beverages, teas, and specialty drinks.

You will assist with pastry and dessert prep, support daily café operations, ensure hygiene, and work closely with kitchen and service staff to deliver consistent quality and warm customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Job description

Prepare and serve coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, iced beverages, teas, and specialty drinks

Ensure consistency, presentation, and drink quality according to SOP

Calibrate grinders and maintain coffee equipment properly

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee/bar station

Pastry & Dessert Support

Assist in preparing and plating desserts, pastries, cakes, and café-style sweet items

Basic pastry or bakery experience is highly preferred

Ensure desserts are presented attractively and consistently

Customer Experience

Provide warm, friendly, and attentive customer service

Recommend drinks and desserts based on customer preferences

Handle customer feedback professionally and positively

Operations & Teamwork

Support cashiering and daily café operations when needed

Assist with stock monitoring and ingredient preparation

Work closely with kitchen and service crew to ensure smooth operations

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times
