Job summary

AIA Digital+ Malaysia offers an internship for Enterprise Solutions, where you will work as a Business Analyst cum SIT Tester, assisting in requirements gathering, documentation, and SIT testing within a collaborative team.

You will use Jira and Azure DevOps, gain SDLC exposure, and develop skills in data analysis and process flows, with mentorship and hands-on project experience in Asia-Pacific health tech.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Software Engineering or related fields.
• Candidates should be in their final semester of study.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and testing concepts.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Information Systems / Computer Science Business Administration / Business Analytics Software Engineering or related fields

Candidates should be in their final semester of study.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Basic knowledge of testing concepts (SIT, UAT, defect lifecycle)

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar

Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Experience with process flow tools (e.g., Visio)
