Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an SAP-focused specialist to provide application development and support services that meet our business needs. You will manage production incidents and changes, and prepare functional specifications, unit test scripts, and user acceptance test scripts.

You will assist end users with system usage, support regional SAP rollout projects, and work closely with the functional and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of regional SAP-focused experience in APAC
• Relevant SAP certification
• Experience with Treasury, Cash Management and Bank Communication modules

Responsibilities

• Manage production incidents and meet SLA targets
• Handle production change requests and deliver on timelines
• Prepare functional specs, unit test scripts and UAT scripts
• Support end users and raise SAP proficiency across user base
• Support regional SAP rollout projects across the APAC region
• Use SAP Solution Manager per change management policy
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams

About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Responsibilities

• Managing production incidents request and meet the agreed service level agreement.
• Managing production change request and deliver as per agreed timeline.
• Have experience in preparing documentation e.g., functional specification, unit test script, user acceptance test script etc.
• Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency in the end user base and act as an SAP ambassador.
• Support regional roll-out projects with SAP focus across the region.
• Solution Manager usage as per change management policy processes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Working closely with functional manager & technical team

Experience

3 to 4 years of relevant experience in regional solution/system support with SAP focus across the APAC region.

Certifications/licenses

Relevant SAP certification.

Special skills

• Strong understanding of Treasury and Risk Management, Cash Management, Bank Communication Management module in the areas of Transaction manager, MRA
• FAM/Treasury background and knowledge to manage communication with large investment operation user base
• SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• A strong team player with positive attitude
