Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a software developer to support related application delivery, including programming, unit testing, system & integration testing and PROD deployment support.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or Business with a CGPA of at least 3.2, and is familiar with Java, C#, or Python, plus databases, cache, message queues, HTTP and gateway technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder (preferably in Computer Science/IT or Business fields) with minimum CGPA 3.2
• Familiar with at least one programming language (Java/C#/Python preferred)
• Have on-hand development experience or knowledge of main stream technologies like Database, Cache, Message Queue, HTTP, Gateway

Responsibilities

• Finish the assigned task on time with guidance and following SDLC, including development and incident troubleshooting
• Provide required documentation per SDLC
• Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement to adapt to technological advancements and business challenges
• Provide daily report
• Daily tracking of progress and assigned tasks
• Discussion within team on the solution/issue found during the completion of assigned tasks

About the Role

This position is about to support the related application delivery, including programming, unit testing, system & integration testing & UAT support and PROD deployment support and incident troubleshooting

Roles and Responsibilities:

Basic :

• Able to finish the assigned task on time with guide and following SDLC, like development and incident troubleshooting…etc
• Provide required documentations per SDLC
• Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement to adapt to technological advancements and business challenges
• Provide daily report

Communication Requirements

• Daily tracking the progress & assigned tasks
• Discussion within team on the solution/issue found during the completion of assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder (preferably in Computer Science/IT or Business fields) with minimum CGPA 3.2
• Familiar with at least one program language, Java/C#/Python is preferred.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office toolkit (word, powerpoint, excel, teams)

• Good listening, communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
• Clear thinking and strong logical analysis ability
• Having cloud and insurance knowledge or experience is plus
• Good knowledge of SDLC(Software Devlopment Life Cycle) and E2E project delivery experience is plus
