Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on semiconductor test, product engineering, or yield engineering experience.
• Ability to lead root‑cause investigations and drive improvements.
• Strong problem-solving using data-driven approaches with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own test development, failure analysis, debugging and manufacturing support for NAND products.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement containment and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, process, test and reliability teams to resolve issues.
