Job summary

You will drive consistent execution, manage risks, and report through scorecards and reviews. The role also requires vendor management and cross-functional collaboration across AMEA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management methodology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive discussions from tactical to steering committee level.
• Excellent project planning and proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery.
• Knowledge of business processes and related technology solutions.
• Stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions.
• Proven ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodology and tools.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate as needed.
• Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards and monthly reviews.
• Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization.
• Confirm completion and go-live readiness of projects.
• Own vendor relationships including quality assurance across all delivery phases.
