Job summary

Mondelēz International in Malaysia is seeking a capable Project/Program Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will govern budgets, timelines, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and ensure go-live readiness, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across AMEA regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management methodology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive discussions with project resources from tactical to steering committees.
• Strong planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines.
• Sharp focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery.
• Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
• Stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions positively.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodology and tools.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate as needed.
• Provide project reporting with scorecards, status reports and monthly reviews.
• Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization.
• Confirm project readiness to go live and ensure consistency of deliverables.
• Own relationships with external vendors including QA in all phases of delivery.
