Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Website Operations Manager to oversee daily website management, optimization, and cross-functional coordination across global teams. The role requires hands-on CMS experience, SEO knowledge, and bilingual communication in English and Mandarin.

You will work with regional LATAM and other markets, ensure content accuracy, monitor performance, and drive improvements across multiple domains and CMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in website management, digital operations, webmaster, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms or website administration.
• Good understanding of on-page and technical SEO.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Experience coordinating website-related projects with marketing, business, and technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and task prioritisation skills.
• Working proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken, to communicate with regional stakeholders and Chinese-speaking developers.

Responsibilities

• Website Operations & Management: Manage day-to-day website content updates, including landing pages, banners, campaign pages, links, and other website elements.
• SEO & Website Optimisation: Support on-page and technical SEO improvements, including metadata, keywords, internal links, URL structure, and indexing.
• Cross-Team Coordination & Project Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external website-related requests; coordinate with regional teams and Chinese-speaking developers.
• Website QA & Technical Support: Perform basic website QA, identify bugs and coordinate resolution with developers or vendors.
• Website Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Monitor key metrics, provide updates, and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
