Job summary

SPX Express (Cameron, Pahang) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Last Mile to lead in-hub operations, oversee sorters and drivers, and ensure timely delivery activities. You will receive and inbound parcels from linehaul, coordinate driver schedules, and monitor driver behavior and service quality.

Ideal candidates are based in Pahang/Perak, comfortable with 12-hour rotational shifts, have basic Excel skills, and bring experience in logistics or mapping/postcodes.

Qualifications

• Based in Pahang/Perak encouraged to apply.
• 12-hour rotational shift basis.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in logistics operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to adapt in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers based on headcount.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers.
• Monitor driver behavior and customer service.
• Assist fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure safety SOPs for in-hub parcel collection.
