Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Last Mile based in Cameron, Pahang, Malaysia to oversee daily operations in the last mile hub. You will delegate tasks, receive inbound parcels, and coordinate driver schedules to ensure timely delivery and high service levels.

The role requires strong leadership, basic Excel skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced logistics environment, with a 12-hour rotating shift. Diploma or degree in business or supply chain is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related discipline is advantageous.
• Diploma/degree holders preferred in logistics related fields.
• Basic Excel skills are required as part of daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcount.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor driver behavior and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Support fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure safety SOPs for in-hub parcel collection are followed.

Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts

Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team

Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner

Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service

Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable

Monitor and report KPI compliance

Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Job Requirement:

Candidates currently based at Pahang / Perak are encouraged to apply

Willing to work in a rational shift basis depending on business needs.

Basic Microsoft Excel skills

Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage

Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use

Excellent leadership and communication skills
