Job summary

SPX Express Tebrau is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Last Mile to coordinate and monitor last mile delivery orders, plan routes based on volume and cost efficiency, and oversee dispatch from hub to drivers. Qualifications

• Willing to work shifts, up to 6 days a week.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Familiar with routing, postcodes, and delivery area.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor last mile delivery orders to ensure timely dispatch and completion.
• Plan and assign delivery routes based on volume, location clustering, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor driver and rider productivity to meet service level targets.
• Oversee parcel dispatch from hub to ensure accuracy and proper handover to drivers.
• Ensure delivery operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, and service quality expectations.
• Handle customer delivery issues and support basic investigation.
• Track and report last mile KPIs such as delivery success rate and on-time delivery.
• Support onboarding, training, and deployment of new drivers/riders as needed.
