Job summary

Shopee Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to support the end-to-end in-hub parcel processes. You will delegate tasks to sorters and drivers, coordinate inbound parcels, and schedule daily activities to ensure timely delivery and high customer service.

You will monitor KPI compliance, assist in training drivers, and uphold safety and SOP standards in the hub. The role requires adapting to a 12-hour rotational shift and a willingness to work across Penang, Kedah or

Qualifications

Basic Microsoft Excel skills are required.
Diploma/degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field advantageous.
Experience in logistics operations is a plus.
Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping is beneficial.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcount.
Receive and inbound parcels from linehaul team.
Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner.
Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service.
Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable.
Monitor and report KPI compliance.
Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection.
