Job summary

The role emphasizes Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to optimize processes and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising technicians on laser manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to schedule and prioritize production.
• Strong adherence to ISO standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead technicians on laser operations.
• Plan production schedules to meet customer orders.
• Monitor equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on improvements.
