Job summary

Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Landscape Supervisor to oversee daily landscape maintenance within the township area. You will supervise workers and external contractors, plan pruning, watering, fertilizing, and replanting, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include site inspections, inventory checks, and preparing basic reports on maintenance activities.

• Monitor and ensure proper upkeep of plants, trees, grass, and overall landscape condition
• Coordinate and supervise landscape workers and external contractors
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure landscaping standards and cleanliness are maintained
• Plan and schedule landscape maintenance works such as pruning, watering, fertilizing, and replanting
• Ensure all landscape works are carried out according to safety and quality standards
• Monitor inventory of landscaping tools, materials, and plants
• Prepare basic reports on maintenance activities and landscape conditions
• Liaise with management and relevant departments regarding landscape matters

Plan and schedule landscape maintenance works such as pruning, watering, fertilizing, and replanting.

Ensure all landscape works are carried out according to safety and quality standards.

Monitor inventory of landscaping tools, materials, and plants.

Prepare basic reports on maintenance activities and landscape conditions.

Liaise with management and relevant departments regarding landscape matters.
