Job summary

Tenaga Warisan Services Sdn Bhd seeks an on-site Landscaping Maintenance Coordinator to oversee daily operations of turf, flora, and water features at Merdeka 118 Precinct. You will lead gardening tasks, manage stock, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with the Landscape Operations Manager.

The role requires a Certificate in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, CIDB Green Card, and the ability to read drawings. Fluent Malay and English are needed for reporting and coordination.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Certificate in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in township, commercial mall, or high-end park landscape maintenance operations preferred.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a CIDB Green Card and pass precinct safety induction for the M118 Safety Passport.
• Ability to read layout drawings, identify native plant health deficiencies, and perform site work safely.
• Energetic and outdoors-oriented, able to read basic structural layout drawings.
• Languages: Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Lead and coordinate daily landscaping maintenance activities (grass cutting, pruning, plant nutrition, pest control).
• Resource Optimization: Supervise site workers, track attendance, manage stock deliveries, control inventory usage.
• Odour & Noise Controls: Schedule pesticide spraying or high-odour tasks for weekends/public holidays with approval.
• Irrigation Supervision: Monitor recycled rainwater capture irrigation systems for efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare daily work-done checklists and submit progress reports to Landscape Operations Manager.

Job description

To oversee the daily on-site maintenance of the premium public green spaces, ensuring the highest visual and health standards of the turf, flora, and water elements within the Merdeka 118 Precinct.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Lead and coordinate daily landscaping maintenance activities, including grass cutting, pruning, plant nutrition, and pest control.
• Resource Optimization: Supervise site workers, track daily attendance, manage stock delivery, and control inventory usage.
• Odour & Noise Controls: Ensure specific works like pesticide spraying or high-odour clearing are scheduled exclusively for weekends and public holidays upon PNBMV approval.
• Irrigation Supervision: Monitor the precinct's advanced recycled rainwater capture irrigation systems to optimize water use efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed daily work-done checklists and submit progress reports to the Landscape Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum Certificate in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in township, commercial mall, or high-end park landscape maintenance operations is highly preferred.
• Passports & Cards: Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid CIDB Green Card and pass precinct safety induction for the M118 Safety Passport.
• Skillsets: Ability to read layout drawings, recognize native plant health deficiencies, and execute site work safely.
• Core Skills: Energetic, passionate about working outdoors, and capable of reading basic structural layout drawings.
• Languages: Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken) is required for effective worker coordination and professional progress reporting.
