Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
• 8+ years of related experience in landscape property development.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketchup, MS Project, and Photoshop.
• Strong horticulture knowledge and site arrangement expertise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the appointment of external consultants and manage authority liaison to secure project clearances.
• Oversee site implementation and contract execution to ensure alignment with quality standards and design specifications.
• Lead progress meetings and review project status reports to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage landscape installations and design stages while facilitating communication between contractors and the internal team.
• Assess project sites regularly to monitor compliance with contract drawings and specifications.

Skills and Experience Required

• A Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of related working experience with landscape property development/.
