Job summary

Randstad seeks a Landscape Architect & Manager to drive the landscape lifecycle from planning through to execution and maintenance for high-profile township developments in Malaysia. You will oversee site implementation, manage contract execution, and ensure adherence to design specifications.

The role requires directing external consultants, liaising with authorities for clearances, leading progress meetings, and ensuring timely delivery while coordinating between contractors and the internal

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
8+ years of related experience in landscape property development.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketchup, MS Project, and Photoshop.
Strong horticulture knowledge and site arrangement expertise.

Responsibilities

Drive landscape lifecycle from planning to execution and maintenance for township developments.
Coordinate external consultants and liaise with authorities for project clearances.
Oversee site implementation and contract execution to meet design specs.
Lead progress meetings and review reports to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage landscape installations and ensure communication between contractors and internal team.
Regularly assess sites to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specs.
