Job summary

LBS Bina Group is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect in Malaysia to help create sustainable master plans and high-quality outdoor spaces. You will work on site analyses, planning, planting design, and ensuring compliance with building codes and local ordinances.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of consultancy or property development experience, familiarity with high-rise, landed, and township projects, and strong organizational, creative, and technical skills in landscape design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
• 4–6 years of working experience in consultancy or property development preferred.
• Experience with high-rise, landed and township development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape costing and monitor according to budget.
• Attend client and consultant meetings for master plan and technical discussions.
• Oversee submission, tender, site implementation, and monthly claims.
• Coordinate with marketing during brochure and model preparation.
• Assist with landscape Direct Award projects such as playgrounds and facilities.

The practice of landscape architecture includes: site analysis, site inventory, site planning, land planning, planting design, and ensuring that all plans meet the current building codes and local and federal ordinances.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor landscape costing according to the company's budget.
• Participate and attend Client & Consultant Meeting for the overall planning, landscape master plan and technical meeting.
• To monitor and review work during:
• Submission process
• Tender and Award process
• Site Implementation and construction process
• Site evaluation and monthly claim
• Site completion and handover process to local authorities
• Maintenance and defect work
• Assist Marketing Department during brochure and Model preparation
• To conduct & assist all landscape Direct Award:
• Playground
• Other Facilities

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architect or equivalent.
• At least 4 years - 6 year working experience in consultant &property development industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Highrise, landed & township Development.
• An understanding of conservation issues.
• Possess good organizational skills, creative and practical skills
• Strong knowledge on soft landscape, hard landscape and plants selection/maintenance.
• Good written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
