Job summary

Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd is seeking a Landscape Project Manager to lead landscape projects from planning to maintenance, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards and contract requirements.

You will manage consultants, coordinate with contractors and in-house teams, and drive on-site execution to meet project timelines while maintaining quality and design integrity. Strong leadership and software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in landscape, construction or property development.
• Good understanding of property and township development processes and landscape project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with landscape market practices and emerging industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage consultants’ appointments, planning matters, authority liaison, and oversee site implementation and maintenance aspects.
• Oversee landscape installations, design stages, and coordinate activities of consultants, contractors and in-house team to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee planning and execution of approved Landscape Contracts.

Landscape Project Manager (Property Development)

Join Perdana ParkCity as a Landscape Project Manager, where you will manage landscape projects to perform a full spectrum of landscape planning, project implementation, and maintenance to ensure the site delivery is compliance to specifications, standards, and contract requirement.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage consultants’ appointments, planning matters, authority liaison, and oversee site implementation and maintenance aspects.
• Manage landscape installations, designing stage, communicate and coordinate activities of consultant, contractor and in-house team member to ensure project can complete on time.
• Oversee the planning and execution of recommendations and approved Landscape Contracts.
• Plan, implement, and manage landscape project execution on site.
• Lead site progress meetings, review project status reports, and ensure project implementation adheres to contract specifications.
• Oversee and assess project sites to ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the landscape, construction, or property development industry, preferably with both landscape consultants and contractors exposure. Experience with property developer will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of property and township development processes and landscape project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with landscape market practices and emerging industry trends.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong organizational skills with a disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Hands‑on knowledge of horticulture, plant species selection, site implementation, and landscape documentation.
