Job summary

NOV is seeking a production operator in Malaysia, Johor, Kulai area to join our manufacturing team. You will perform TPM inspections, prepare tooling for fiberglass lamination, and handle resin according to process specs while monitoring curing ovens and maintaining tooling condition.

The role requires basic technical qualifications, good reading skills for work instructions, and the physical ability to perform repetitive labor in a hot, dusty, wet, and noisy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.

Job Requirement
