Job summary

Noripharma Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Lab Technician (Quality Control) to join our QC team in ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical product quality. This role involves sampling, testing, reporting, and collaboration with QA and Production to support timely release.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Diploma or Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field is preferred. On-the-job training and medical benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of GLP, lab testing, and analytical instruments is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and testing of finished products per procedures and GLP.
• Conduct chemical and instrumental analysis of finished products.
• Prepare and verify analytical reports and records.
• Investigate OOS results and report analytical issues.
• Ensure testing complies with STP and GLP requirements.
• Collaborate with QA and Production for timely product release.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and usage logs.
• Perform routine instrument troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ensure lab cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Carry out other QC duties as assigned.

We're Hiring – Lab Technician (Quality Control)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and testing of finished products in accordance with approved procedures and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Conduct chemical and instrumental analysis of finished products.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain analytical reports and laboratory records.
• Investigate and report analytical issues, including Out of Specification (OOS) results.
• Ensure all laboratory testing complies with Standard Testing Procedures (STP) and GLP requirements.
• Collaborate with QA and Production teams to support timely product release.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, reference standards, and usage logbooks.
• Perform routine instrument troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure laboratory cleanliness and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Carry out other Quality Control duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
