Job summary

Range Pharma Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a disciplined Lab Assistant to join the Quality Control department. You will conduct sampling, testing, and maintain laboratory standards to ensure product quality.

The role requires full-time work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; education: SPM/SVM; strong attention to detail and SOP compliance; opportunities to grow within QC and build career in pharma.

Qualifications

• Must have at least SPM/SVM qualification.
• Able to follow SOPs meticulously and maintain accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a pharmaceutical laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection: sampling and inspecting raw materials and packaging to ensure conformity to specifications.
• Testing & Analysis: perform final product checks and in-process QC (pH, loss on drying, solubility, clarity).
• Equipment Management: verify and calibrate laboratory equipment for accuracy.
• Lab Operations: manage housekeeping, water collection, cleaning apparatus, waste disposal.
• Documentation: prepare test results, reports, logs, and retain sample rooms.
• Operational Support: provide duty coverage for label printing and support QC Head to meet targets.
