Life Biopharma Sdn Bhd seeks a detail-oriented laboratory technician to join our small R&D QC team in Malaysia. A Diploma/Degree in Pharmaceutical Science is preferred, with hands-on experience in basic lab techniques and documentation.

Diploma/Degree in a relevant Pharmaceutical Science field (eg., Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field) is preferred.
A strong academic background in science is essential.
Proficiency in fundamental laboratory techniques such as pipetting, weighing, solution preparation, and basic microscopy.
Past experiences in HPLC will be an advantage.
Familiarity with sample preparation methods for various analytical procedures.
Ability to meticulously record experimental data, observations, and results in a clear and organized manner, adhering to laboratory protocols.
Understanding of basic quality control principles and the importance of maintaining accurate records for R&D purposes.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new laboratory procedures and equipment.
Mandarin will be an advantage, but not required.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, collaborative R&D team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized laboratory environment.

Prepare samples and conduct laboratory tests according to SOPs.
Record test results and maintain proper documentation.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Follow GMP, SOPs, and laboratory safety procedures.
Report abnormal test results to the QC Supervisor.
