Job summary

AZAN ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Laboratory Technician to be based at project sites in Bintulu, Sarawak.

You will perform on-site sampling and laboratory testing of construction materials, monitor QC activities, and prepare daily/weekly test reports. The role requires coordinating with Site Engineers, Project Managers, consultants and subcontractors to align testing schedules and ensure calibration of equipment.

Qualifications

• Willing to be stationed at project sites and relocate as required.
• Able to work extended hours, weekends or public holidays when project demands require.
• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site sampling and testing of construction materials.
• Monitor concrete works, soil compaction and other quality control activities.

• Maintain proper records of test samples, results and quality documentation.
• Comply with all site safety rules and company HSE policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Laboratory Supervisor or Project Manager.
