Job summary

Empire Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, Kapar, Selangor, is seeking a hands-on lab professional to conduct sensory evaluations, prepare samples and prototypes for development and testing, and maintain accurate records throughout the product lifecycle.

You will support QA, stability studies, raw material evaluation, sourcing, and inventory management in the PD lab, ensure cleanliness and documentation, and assist Food Technologists and the PD Manager on development activities.

Empire Manufacturing Sdn Bhd - Kapar, Selangor

Conduct sensory evaluations, including profiling and triangle tests.

Prepare laboratory samples and product prototypes for development, testing, trials, and sampling.

Maintain accurate sensory, COA, and product development records.

Support product qualification, evaluation, QA, and stability studies.

Assist with raw material evaluation, sourcing, and stability assessment.

Prepare required shipping and product documentation.

Manage PD lab raw materials, consumables, and inventory.

Maintain PD lab cleanliness, housekeeping, and outsourced cleaning activities.

Provide support to Food Technologists and PD Manager on product development activities.
