Job description

We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join our Quality Control department. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards through rigorous sampling, testing, and laboratory maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Inspection: Act as the key personnel for sampling and inspecting raw materials and packaging to ensure conformity to specifications.
• Testing & Analysis: Perform final product checks and conduct in-process QC (e.g., pH measurements, loss on drying, solubility, and clarity).
• Equipment Management: Handle routine verification and calibration of laboratory equipment to maintain accuracy.
• Lab Operations: Manage laboratory housekeeping, including distilled water collection, cleaning apparatus, and chemical waste disposal.
• Documentation: Prepare and compile test results, reports, and maintain QC retain sample rooms and log sheets.
• Operational Support: Provide duty coverage for label printing and support the QC Head in achieving department targets.

Requirements:

• Skills: High attention to detail, disciplined in following SOPs, and comfortable working in a laboratory environment.
• Attitude: Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work well within a technical team.
• Availability: Must be able to work full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
