Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application support, maintenance, or backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Experience in Unix/Linux environments and Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 application maintenance and production support for CEW and PDR applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processing activities.
• Support deployments, configuration, and maintenance across environments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure and business teams to resolve issues.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Assist with enhancements, bug fixes, and minor development tasks.
• Ensure application availability and security compliance.
• Participate in release activities, validation and post-deployment support.
