Qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in L3 Production Support for enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Strong experience with Apache Camel.
- Experience with JBoss Application Server.
- Hands-on experience with MQ/JMS messaging.
- Experience developing or supporting REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Strong experience in incident analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for Java-based microservices applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents within agreed service levels.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring production issues.
- Monitor application health, logs, and system performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Support production deployments, application releases, and change implementation activities.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, middleware, and business teams to resolve production issues.
- Analyze application logs, database queries, messaging flows, and API interactions to identify defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes following organizational standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles for production support activities.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement by automating support processes and reducing recurring incidents.

They work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations.
