Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is offering an internship in Learning and Development, Intern Life Unlimited, targeted at undergraduates in Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields. Based in Batu Kawan, Penang, the program provides hands-on projects to develop skills and future employment prospects within the medical device industry.

Successful candidates will gain experience coordinating training programs, designing training materials with SMEs, and implementing automation using Power Automate and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Open to students pursing a degree in Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• CGPA of 3.5 or above preferred.
• Based in Batu Kawan, Penang; internship experience is a plus.
• Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities; basic Power Automate and Power BI knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program logistics, schedules, and trainer/trainee communications.
• Assist in developing and aligning training content with company standards.
• Explore and implement automation solutions using Power Automate and Power BI to improve processes.
