Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Learning and Development intern as part of the Intern Life Unlimited program in Batu Kawan, Penang. Open to undergraduates; role supports program coordination, content development, and automation projects using Power Automate and Power BI to drive learning outcomes.

Qualifications

This internship is open to students pursuing a degree in Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, with preferred CGPA 3.5+.
Based in Batu Kawan, Penang; prior intern/part-time experience is advantageous.
Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities with basic Power Automate/Power BI knowledge.
Excellent communication and teamwork, proactive attitude, and ability to handle tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Supports the implementation and management of employee training programs by coordinating schedules, communicating with trainers and trainees, and handling logistics.
Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials aligned with company standards.
Explores and implements automation using Power Automate and Power BI, creating dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
