Job summary

Gate is one of the world’s oldest and most trusted cryptocurrency exchanges, serving over 60 million users worldwide. This role leads verification products across identity, liveness, and address checks, shaping the rules and speeds across markets to enable compliant growth.

You will work with Compliance, Risk, Engineering and Operations to design, implement and scale a robust verification flow for new jurisdictions and customer segments.

Qualifications

• End-to-end KYC/AML product ownership in production.
• Translate regulatory text into product rules without legal translation.
• Design risk and fraud decisioning within live user flow.
• Coordinate across compliance, risk, engineering, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own verification journey end-to-end from submission to approved account.
• Turn jurisdiction rules into concrete product requirements.
• Incorporate risk and fraud judgement into the flow on-device.
• Set priorities by pass rate, review time, and manual-review rate.
• Align compliance, risk, engineering and operations on a single roadmap.
