The role requires translating regulatory text into practical product rules, balancing pass rate, review time, and fraud risk, and collaborating with compliance, risk, and engineering on a single roadmap.

Qualifications

• Own the KYC/AML product end-to-end in production, including launches and iterations.
• Translate regulatory text into concrete product rules without waiting for legal translation.
• Design risk and fraud decisioning into user flows, balancing pass rate and review costs.
• Coordinate with compliance, risk, engineering and operations on a single roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the verification journey end-to-end—from submission to account approval across identity, liveness, and address checks.
• Turn jurisdiction rules into actionable product requirements for new markets.
• Design risk and fraud decisions into the user flow, aligning with regulatory expectations.
