Commerz Global Service Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (CGSS) invites applications for a Team Head, CVT (KYC).

The role leads a cross-functional team to ensure timely, high-quality KYC processing and escalates issues as they arise. You will supervise performance, align with CLM standards, and report to the CVT Department Head. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in KYC/AML with leadership experience, and strong English plus cross-cultural communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years professional experience in Client On-boarding (KYC) and/or Account Admin operations and Anti-Money Laundering at a large financial institution.
• Experience in leadership/management role with broad product, market and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a CVT (KYC) team to meet defined performance and quality targets.
• Coordinate CVT projects, report to CVT Department Head and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure front-to-back KYC processes align with CLM procedures and training.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and provide regular performance metrics and KPIs.
• Onboard, review, and manage KYC-related client documentation and due diligence.
• Review client screenings, clear alerts, and ensure correct risk ratings.
• Deputize for Department Head and participate in committees and projects.
